Summary
In a world where Captain America and Iron Man are only comic book characters, Steve Rogers is a nurse. The only nurse who can handle a Tony Stark with broken legs. Steve is the only one around who doesn't mind helping the egocentrical and flirting patient and he is the only nurse Tony can handle having around. Since they are forced to spend so much time together they get to know each other and the nurse changes from a 'hot blond' into 'Steve'.

Summary
Tony is out of the hospital and looking forward to his hot romance with his hot nurse Steve, but Pepper decides otherwise. Tony's patience is tested and he gets rewarded, because he waited so long. His legs are getting better and he finally can do things that had been forbidden before. But then there is work. Both of them have a busy job and Tony's patience is tested again.

Summary
Tony is healed, Steve made more time for the two of them and everything seems to be perfect. Pepper even approves of their relationship! They go on dates together and Tony even joins Captain America as Iron Man, but that is not the only reason Tony comes to the hospital. It doesn't take long before things go downhill again. Of course the two of them do everything to be able to be happy together.
