Summary
Tim was having a rough day, well, week technically. There had been a breakout in Gotham and the bat family had been working non-stop to get everyone back where they belonged. They had finally gotten things under control when Tim got a message telling him to get to the cave. He made it there as fast as he could, thinking it was an emergency. Instead, he got confetti to the face and teammates who were only wanting to hang out. Tim just turned around and walked away.
He was sitting in his room when his door opened and Kon walked in without so much as knocking. Conversations take place, leading to an enticing proposition from the super: a massage to help Tim relax. If that leads to more, well, Tim won’t complain.

Summary
Tim didn't know what to call his relationship with Kon. After the massage, they kept finding excuses to see each other. They didn't talk about it. They'd meet up, get off one way or another, and then Tim would end up alone. It happened two more times, until finally, Tim had enough.
Or; Tim was tired of their friends with benefits arrangement and actually talked to Kon about things. After a few hookups and a breakdown of course.

Summary
Kon would describe his relationship with Tim as…complicated. They were best friends, had been for a long time, and despite everything, Kon had found himself falling more and more each day. Yet he couldn't bring himself to admit that to Tim. Tim obviously didn't want him like that, considering that he refused to talk to Kon about it. And Kon was okay with that, honest. He was made to be used, and if Tim using him meant that he could get his hands on Tim, then sure, he'd sacrifice his happiness a bit.
Or; Kon struggles with his feelings for Tim while also struggling to accept that he is more than an object to be used by others (even if he'd happily let Tim use him).
