Summary
Ash Ketchum has had a hell of a year. Just another one in the nearly three decades worth of years since he started his Pokémon Trainers journey. Last year the world saw him reclaim his World Champion title for the third time in his life. It was an unprecedented achievement in the Pokémon League's history, and yet after such an accomplishment Ketchum's career came to a screeching halt.
Or so we thought.
In his first public interaction with the media in over seven months, the notoriously private Champion allowed GQ to follow him for two days as he shared with us what he's been working on out of the limelight - and his readiness to step back into it.
