Estinien had thought he had been prepared for it, for traveling with her. He was not really a planner, nor would he consider himself a thinker, but he had thought that he knew what to expect when it came to traveling with Sumire, or at least the general idea.
He could not have been more wrong.
The five things Estinien did not expect when he began traveling with Sumire after the disbanding of the Scions, and the one thing he did. A sweet fluff and humor fic written to highlight some of the smaller moments of their relationship I don't often get to write.

“It looks beautiful on you.” He murmured as he pulled on the ribbon, holding it in her hands. A blush spread across Sumire’s cheeks, as she reached up and gently cradled his cheek in her hand.
“Is it a color you like?” she asked, and he gazed down at her. Her wide and bright violet eyes stared lovingly up at him, and it made Estinien wonder if she truly understood the effect she had on him, the way it made him feel to know just how completely and utterly his she was. For he loved nothing more than to look into her eyes, to see the love and desire in himself reflected back at him in those levin-colored eyes.
He smiled, and knew his answer.
