Summary
“Alright, go again!” The director had them separate and skate in again and again, just like their first day.
When Shane and Ilya would get the photos back later, they wouldn’t see the faux intensity from their youth or the boyish laughter. They wouldn’t get the "heart eyes." They would see nothing but the promise of imminent heat and need that couldn’t be contained in a photograph. Ilya suspected that Shane guessed it somewhere along the way, but was allowing himself to be surprised by it, allowing Ilya to give this to him.
They weren’t just in the same position as before, doing the same photoshoot for the same brand. They were on the same ice, in the same stadium. Staying in the same hotel.
Ilya had gotten them 1410.
