People have ways they expect us to be. It’s considered rude to be yourself. But those things are still there, aren’t they? Despite how much we don’t want them to be.

I’m perfectly normal. Maybe it’s you who have been too lucky, dancing in riches and joy while I have broken over and over. The shards of my soul reflect my mistakes and the light bouncing around the room. Who’s to say I’m not the best person in this room?
