Summary
The sequel to The Missing Life of Larry.
Larry has returned his daughter Ellie to Hoenn to see her adopted wounded mother. Everyone is hoping for a peaceful reconciliation with the woes of Johto and Team Rocket behind them and Team Rocket Grunt Troy in jail but Hoenn has its own problems. There is a tension in the air, the welcome back seems lacking and there is a hint of the problems Ellie's brother Steven Stone left behind, the revelation surrounding his stepping down from the role of Champion, and the struggle Hoenn is going through trying to rebuild from a collision of two villainous teams. It doesn't seem like there's going to be peace for long in Hoenn, and Larry may struggle to reclaim his lost life with Ellie.
