The way that secondary gender/genitals work in my omega verse au is that secondary gender is hereditary, if you are from a family of most alpha's you're likely to be an alpha and vice versa. The way that genitals work in my au is like eye colour and hair colour.

The most common form of genitals seen in Omega's and Alpha's are whatever matches their sex (e.g most female omega's have a vagina and uterus) however, if you're a female omega and you mainly have alpha's in your family you could be born with a penis and testicles.

I don't know if that actually makes any sense but idc. All of my omega verse works operate under this principle.
