The regret was the worst part, Tim thought. The things left unsaid. There were so many things he had meant to say to his big brother. He just thought he’d had more time.
But then Dick died, and he never got the chance.
___Tim processes Dick's death, but he finds he's not the only one grieving. He lost one brother, but maybe it's not too late to gain another.

Summary
Thanks to Grayson, Damian had gained some patience and humility, enough to recognize that he had much to learn and that there was no shame in asking questions. But now, for once, Grayson had nothing left to say. The only response he received now was the silence he had suffered each day since coming back to a world without his Batman. It cracked what remained of his resolve to be strong. He could no longer stop the tears from slipping down his face.
“I am alone,” he cried. No one else listened to him. No one else cared for him the way Grayson had. Damian did not know if anyone else would make the effort. Grayson’s heart was uncommonly good. He doubted if anyone other than Grayson could have a heart big enough to make room for him. Why did the world have to take the one person who gave him a place to belong? He had endured much cruelty in his 12 years, but this was a new depth.
“I miss you, Baba,” he whispered as he curled tightly into himself.
There was no answer.
