Summary
After the death of Wilson, House is left by himself in the place he last saw Wilson in, the cabin.
Every morning is another treacherous day for House. It is pure hell, living without Wilson. His heart feels like it is being burnt in the fiery pits of hell. And to make matters worse, not only is House grieving but he sees and hears Wilson everywhere. As if the person he loved wholeheartedly is haunting him.

Summary
House starts to forget Wilson’s face and voice but that doesn’t stop him from hallucinating Wilson. House has to come to terms with hallucinating his late husband and make peace with the fact he can’t remember what Wilson looks or sounds like.
Or, House starts to forget Wilson’s face and voice yet he is still haunted with the hallucinations of Wilson. The hallucinations cause more emotional pain to House due to the fact he is constantly reminded by his hallucinations that he can’t remember what Wilson looks or sounds like.
