Raphael's first thought is: oh great, here comes the lecture. Their second thought is to roll their eyes, suck the meat into their stomach, and reach for a loaf of bread. It's molding. They put it back, muttering, "You make it sound like I spawned Shizue instead of rescuing her."
Guy, propping his elbow up against the wall, looms over Raphael. He raises an eyebrow and glances, slowly, pointedly, between Raphael and Shizue's identical features. He asks, dry, "Can you prove that you didn't?"
Or: Shizue Izawa's soul answers the wrong summoning and appears a few millennia before she was supposed to arrive. Obviously, Rimuru and Ciel aren't going to let her exist in this world alone.
