Summary
Rumors has it that the marauders' friendship almost fell, everybody saw it. In sixth year of Hogwarts, the marauders became the talk of the castle. A sudden change between the friendship of the tightly-knit group stirred a lot of discussion amongst their peers, yet no one knew why they had a momentarily fall out. The students tried to guess, they tried to pry, but no matter how many questions, nobody ever found out. Only the marauders knew why, and the reason was quite literally the most improbable thing any living creature in Hogwarts could ever think of.

Severus is used to be the butt of every joke. He is used to the fact that his mere presence can be found hilarious by some immature twat he’ll pass by in Hogwarts. Severus will spare them a fight, but he’ll definitely give them a glance. One that cuts the laughter, and replaces in with unease. Although this time, as Severus walks by, he is not greeted by laughter. Matter of fact, he is not greeted by anything. But there is something, something Severus cannot name, and this time, he would rather walk away than to spare it a glance.
