Summary
“It feels like I've been with you my whole life. And maybe the one before," Ichika says.
“Like reincarnation?” Shiho mumbles. Saki can tell sleep is close to taking them. “Or is this just one of your metaphors?”
“I’m not sure. I guess it could be either,” Ichika says through a yawn. “All I know is… you girls.”
“That's not true,” Honami says. “You know a lot of things. Like… how to sing and write. How to bring people together.”
“And who do I do all of that for?”

Summary
“Will I see you again?” Honami asks.
The conductor smiles, holding out the edelweiss flower. An offering. A tether.
“I believe so. My train will depart eventually, too. Maybe if we're lucky, we'll end up in the same place.”
Honami accepts the flower. She holds it gingerly, like it would wither away if she weren’t careful.
