Summary
“It’s called Delilah,” Vergil explained. “It saps the strength of anyone upon whom it is placed and seals their power—effectively rendering them a defenseless captive, as it can only be removed by its owner.”
“And you’re giving it to me because …?”
Vergil took a slow, deep breath, then met Dante’s eyes. “I want you to put it on me.”

After being caught unawares and “losing” Valentine’s Day to Dante, Vergil resolves to get even—and maybe let his true feelings be known, in his own dramatic way.

Summary
Vergil squinted at the suspicious substance. "That had better not be what I think it is.”
"Succubus venom,” Dante confirmed, taking out the syringe and flicking the barrel as he held it up to the light. "I didn't collect it myself, so don't get jealous," he added with a wink.
Infidelity was the least of Vergil's concerns; though he had never experienced its effects himself, he'd read enough to know exactly what that substance would do to him.
"You can't be serious."
"You said you trusted me. Come on, it's just us. Let go, enjoy yourself a little."
"What could have possibly given you the impression I would ever consent to being drugged with an aphrodisiac that would render me a helpless, suggestible, sex-crazed *fool* with no inhibitions whatsoever?" Even as he asked the question, Vergil felt his neck growing warm.

In typical Sparda fashion, the twins never discussed what went down between them on White Day. Now that it’s Dante’s turn to give a gift of love, he’s decided that Vergil should get what he won’t admit he wants—and he’s got a little something to help make that happen.
