When the season ends, Shane Hollander decides to hole up in his cottage after winning his fourth Stanley Cup and coming out, not knowing that someone other than his parents and closest friends knows the location of his sanctuary.
Ilya Rozanov is 29, has a ton of money, and way too much time on his hands, which is a dangerous combination for someone with his personality.

Shane knew he deserved to be punished for leaving. He wanted to be good for Ilya, wanted to prove he belonged to him completely. But as the freezing tiles of the basement meet his bare feet and Ilya reaches for the freshly carved ginger, Shane realizes this punishment will push him further than he ever expected.
