Summary
The night he finally understood, with Nicholas concentrated on reading a book in front of him, that what they had could never work because they were both Alphas and such a thing went against nature. But when Nicholas caught him staring and simply smiled as if only the two of them mattered, Euijoo couldn't have cared less about nature.

The idea of someone else knowing him so intimately, as if someone had looted his own Pandora's box and snatched the only thing that was his to keep, turning it into an eternal promise materialized in a ring that didn't include him, was as painful as it was nauseating.
