Summary
To a vampire, human food is about as tasty as burnt rubber. Yet, for reasons unbeknownst to her, Claudia finds herself returning to the same bakery every day to order baked goods from the insufferable young shop owner, Madeleine.
She wonders how long she can keep up pretending to enjoy these gag-inducing sweets before she inevitably pounces on Madeleine and drains her for dead. Because that is why she's here, isn't it?
