Summary
“My… parents abandoned me too.”Jay took a cautious step forward, extending a hand toward him. He rarely admitted that out loud — in fact, this was the first time he had ever brought it up.
But there was something about this villain, something about Unagami, that made Jay connect with him. He understood that deep emptiness, the feeling of being left alone without any explanation. The crushing pain of wondering why you were never enough. “And… I like to believe they had their reasons.”He glanced back toward the elevator doors as his mind raced. Still nothing. Forcing himself to focus again on Unagami, he looked around at the smoke, the destruction, the terrified screams below. This… this was what abandonment created. Pain. Hurt passed on to people who had nothing to do with it, all because someone never understood why they were left behind.
Jay clenched his fists.“But now… I think maybe there isn’t any reason good enough.”
O: The conversation between Jay and Unagami is slightly different

Summary
"Wait... we're actually serious about this?" Lloyd blurted out. Snapping out of the stunned daze caused by his surprise, he came to an abrupt stop, forcing everyone behind him to halt as well.
"Apparently, yes," Nya agreed with a deep sigh, her shoulders slumping. "We really need to leave ourselves a note reminding us that Jay cannot be left unsupervised."
She looked coolly toward where Jay had gone with Unagami
