All at once, the cheering begins. People clap, scream, and stamp their feet. From the shadows of the lower holding area, Ningguang writes a note in Tartaglia’s file.
Heedless of how badly his bionic leg is smashed, he triumphantly limps a few laps around the fallen ruin hunter, throwing the occasional salute toward the roaring crowd.
It isn’t until Tartaglia is back under the arena that his smile vanishes and the toll of his injuries becomes evident.

Qiqi rushes to Childe and herds him to the table. “You must lie down. So Mr. Zhongli can fix Mr. Tartaglia.” She interlaces her fingers and puts her hands at the height of his knees. She looks expectantly up at him. “Qiqi will help.”
“Thanks, Qiqi, but I’ve got this.” Childe can’t help but pat her head. “Why don’t you see if Mr. Zhongli needs help instead?”
“No. Mr. Zhongli said to help Mr. Tartaglia.” She gently nudges his leg with her interlocked hands.
“Alright, but I'll get on by myself. You can catch me in case I slip, okay?”
She nods and extends her arms with her palms up. “Qiqi will catch you.”
