Summary
The heavy expectations of being a Solsworn are a constant yoke on Sigrika’s back, but luckily she has two best friends to guide her through it: Nivora, a fellow Roya, shy and quiet; Denia, an easily unamused upperclassman, gentler than her frowns suggest.

*Though this is essentially Voidborne Heart from Sigrika’s POV, it’s less an entire POV rewrite and more of a sibling(?) piece. They mirror each other, fill in gaps the other leaves out. There are more new scenes than old ones, although the familiar ones are more fleshed out. Though not entirely necessary, reading Voidborne first is recommended, as this was written assuming you know what happens in the other.
