No, Mike doesn't like Will, he couldn't. If he did he would've taken the chance to tell him on the tower. Unless his feelings are new he should've said something. Should Will say something? What would he even say? It doesn't matter, even if he did know what to say Mike doesn't like him and never will. He's just zoned out again and probably doesn't know he's looking directly at Will.
All this thinking gave him a headache, now he was the one who was zoned out.

Summary
About ten minutes later Mike came back. He walked back over from the kitchen, looking around for Will, who was in the same spot.
He stopped when his eyes met Will’s. Will gave a soft smile and a confused wave back.Why is he looking at me like that?
Mike walked closer, still looking at him. Something about it- the sparkle in his eye, the redness in his cheeks- It was so beautiful.
Eventually he blinked and looked away, “Um, hey.”
“Hi…?” Will said in more of a question than a statement.
“Still not having fun?”
“No, watching Dustin try to sing is pretty fun,”
Mike leaned against the wall with him, he finally didn’t have a drink.“I guess…” He uttered. After a moment of awkward silence Mike left.“You’re on your own, this is boring.”
Will let go of a breath he didn’t know he had.
Why is Mike acting weird?
Of course he was acting weird. He was drunk. But something about how he was acting this time felt weirder. Awkward. Different. Will just brushed it off and kept watching the chaos.
