Summary
Ellie slammed her fists, chained as they may be, against the cool metal of the table. She was the only one mighty enough to rattle the furniture down to its very base. Her voice matched her fury, rising up mightly like a boiling stew to explode in a mad blast of red hot anger as she growled.
"You're NEVER gonna get me, you're NEVER gonna get the old man, and you're NEVER gonna get Her. Any of them."
Ellie leaned back in the chair, snorted once at the spayed look across both the feds faces, and let her last lines crawl out of the side of her mouth as she glanced at the spiderweb constellation her head had sprinkled in the glass.
"So quit fucking trying."

Summary
Dinner that night was held between the two sister and their father, none of the former knowing that the latter had not spent his day unloading shipping containers for $8.75 an hour, but rather had spent the day helping a man to fence any stolen items inside of Boston he could get his hands on. They knew not that this was just one of the many streams inside of Boston's underworld he had weight in, or that in five years the man he'd helped would be dead and that he'd have an empire moving stolen goods throughout the Commonwealth rivaling any legitimate shipping company.
All Ellie knew, in her whole heart, is that being next to Sarah and infront of Mr. Miller, nowhere near the South Boston Orphanage for Disordely Girls, eating that lamb stew he'd made so goddamn well, with the sounds of yet another Celtic win on the TV floating into and filling the room as they all ate made her want to cry, for it had been the first time she'd ever liked a family she could touch.
It’s odd being taken under the wing of a dragon.
It’s a lot warmer than you think.
