My Ken is intersex and trans. His birth name is Mackenzie. He prefers to go by Ken but those closest to him can call him Kenny or Kenzie.

He has 5-alpha-reductase type 2 deficiency. He was raised as a girl and didn't find out about his condition until his early teens. He started testosterone at fifteen years old after having to have his undescended testes removed due to dysfunction and malformation. He's had the works done regarding metoidioplasty (clitoral release, urethral lengthening, mons resection, scrotoplasty + implants; no vaginectomy). He loves and is proud of his body and who he is!
