Summary
After one-too-many crises trigger a life-changing decision, Rae makes a move no one anticipated. She left her corporate life, her position at Joja Co, and her apartment in Zuzu City to start over in a little place named Pelican Town. She arrives on the plot of her late-grandfather's farm, still shaky on her legs but ready to begin a new life and meet new people along the way. Read as she navigates her new life, her new farm, and blooming relationships with the townsfolk — particularly with a certain blonde battling her own feelings.

Summary
An offshoot oneshot set in universe with my current main fic Everybody's Tired of Someone (Our Eyes Wander for Help), a Haley x Fem!Farmer fic
This is a non-canon scene between them with the intention of getting me back to writing and helping to characterize them a little better.
