Summary
“Just— are you sure you’re safe?”
When Will looks up at Mike, he nearly stumbles back at the pure softness in his eyes. It’s nothing new, Mike’s always been like that, ever since they were kids, but never on this level; his sharp features somehow finding a way to turn soft, eyes wide and vulnerable, lips pressed together tightly.
“Yeah,” Will’s voice comes out like a croak, and he has to clear his throat to keep going, “yeah, Mike, I’m fine. I promise.”
Mike finds out Will is Spider-Man.

Summary
Will inhales deeply, one hand in his pocket clutching onto the paper like a lifeline, “Hi, my name is Will Byers, and I…”
His gaze flicks over to Max, sitting at the back, scrolling on her phone and eating the stolen pastry, before it goes back onto Mike’s confused expression. It’s just all so normal, something that—
That they can’t have with Will.
“And I would like a coffee.”
Will sets out on a mission in an ice-cream stroke coffee shop to make Mike remember him.

Summary
“And, also, I’m bored, man. I’m on a bed in a boat, what am I supposed to do?”
A soft laugh escapes Will at Mike’s remark, and the evidence of it stays on his face, lips curled as he sets the welder down and stretches out on the chair, “Dude, you’re an adult, you can entertain yourself.”
“Why would I do that when Spider-Man is on the other side of this curtain?” Mike shoots back, and Will’s convinced that this is his own way of ridding the boredom. Annoying Will. Well, annoying Spider-Man.
Mike forgot Will four years ago. Four years later, he ends up with Spider-Man, helping him fix an inhibitor he’s working on.

Summary
The guy’s one of the demon mask people — of course, he is, why wouldn’t he be? — and Will swears he can see the cogs turning in his brain, trying to make up a comeback to say to Spider-Man that he can brag about to his friends later, but unfortunately for him, his thought process is promptly cut off by a golden candle holder to the back of the head.
He drops to the floor with a loud thud, but Will’s not looking at him; he’s looking at who knocked him out.
Mike Wheeler, stood there with a grin way too big for the situation they’re currently in, greeting Will with a breathless, “Hey, man, what’s up?”
Will sets out on a mission, and bumps into his boyfriend on the way.
