Six years in Azkaban. Sirius had a second chance in his hands, and he already knew what he wanted to use it for. He wanted to be Harry's godfather. He'd work with the annoying muggles, jump through any hoops Dumbledore set up for him - anything to rebuild this relationship that he never thought he'd have the chance to repair.
