Troy was just placing the tray of coffee and food on the desk, shrugging his bag off his shoulder, when he heard the door behind him open. He turned around, ready to greet his boyfriend, only to feel his brain short-circuit the second he laid eyes on him.
The last time he had seen Harris, he had been standing in their bedroom in his boxers and a graphic t-shirt. A shirt not so dissimilar to the kinds Harris usually wore to work, only in public, they were often paired with pants and a sweater, maybe a jean jacket.
Right now, Harris was dressed in a suit.

“I won’t do anything,” Troy tried to explain, shuffling closer to rest his face against Harris' knees, hands hugging him around his legs. “Just let me be here, like this…” he let the contact settle him, the warmth of Harris’ body against him making the tension start to melt away. Harris moved to wind a hand in Troy’s hair, an action that made Troy’s breath hitch, erupting in full body chills.
“You won’t do anything, eh?” Harris spoke after a moment of silence, voice low, scratching lightly at Troy’s scalp. He shivered, sighing, nuzzling his face further into Harris' thigh.
“Not unless you want me to,” Troy said easily, truly meaning it. “Just wanna be close to you.”
