Or, my very own Percy Jackson and the Olympians/eventually Heroes of Olympus AU, featuring an original character called Lucía Simón, various canon divergencies, polyamory (just so much omg(s)), lots of queer headcanons, and the author's ruminations on how hope can survive, even when the world has spent the length of a broken childhood trying to snuff it out.

as long as We're together will feature a mix of show and book characterizations, events, and character descriptions, though I lean heavier on the books than the show for the most part. There will be a lot of angst (and I do see it being a fair bit darker than the original series), but both constellations and syzygies will eventually result in happy endings for the majority of our main characters. Also, please note that I am neurodivergent, so at minimum most of the characters will likely seem somewhat more ND-coded than they may or may not have already been.
