Instead anger, hot and violent emerged in a desperate attempt to keep the hurt from knifing into him any more than it already had.

Summary
Megumi almost complained, but when he tried lifting his own arms, they shook so severely that he quickly gave up. Instead, he leaned closer to Gojo, letting the fever slowly swallow what little awareness he had left.
“There you go...” Gojo murmured, pulling the mug away once he'd decided Megumi had drunk enough for now. He placed it back on the table with a dull thud. “Good job, bud.”
Or Megumi is sick and his dad who is definitely not his dad looks after him!!!!
