Summary
“Like a few murder attempts could end my hero-crush on the Biānfú.” Tim replies. “Really, once I got over them,” A process of years, “I saw them as something to take pride in.” Tim’s lips quirk. “I threatened you so much that you had to take action. A prince, an assassin, and the heir of two dynasties—yet little old me was enough to knock you off your game.”
He has Damian tilt his head back and water is poured over his hair, washing out the shampoo. “Aren’t you glad you didn’t succeed?” He asks. The question is meant to be teasing, but Damian doesn't think he manages the right tone, and instead it is terribly revealing. Honest. Genuine.
“You died anyway.” Damian points out. Timothy shrugs.
“Not by your hand.”
True enough. “I’d have made it cleaner.”
“Sure. So you pushed me off the dinosaur because it would be a cleaner death. Right.”
Despite himself, Damian snorts.

Summary
Her laugh is always loud, and next to his ear it’s positively deafening. “Good thing no one caught that on film.” Steph remarks, eyes dancing.
“Embarrassing.” Damian agrees, laying his head on her shoulder. Damian is the Omega, both the eldest and the head of his pack, and here he is play-fighting like a pup of Richard's age.
Her talons comb their way through his hair, gently scratching at his head. He purrs and she lets out a rumble back. “Nah, not that.” She disagrees. “It’s more that Tim would keep it as blackmail. I need no reasons for him to have any more blackmail of me, and I’m sure you can say the same.”

Damian reels from receiving news that really shouldn’t be so unexpected. Tim is suspicious, Dick is gonna give Steph and Damian both a heart attack. Jason is an innocent bystander in all of this.
