| “I may have been a bit too enthusiastic,” he murmurs, pressing a kiss to the bruise; apologetic.
“Are you kidding? It’s awesome.”
“You look mauled.”
“No, I look ravished. Loved. Owned.”
Closing the latch is muscle memory, and Ferran makes sure the chain is short enough so the cross sits in the hollow of Pedri’s collarbone; presses nearly against the mark he’s left there.
He turns Pedri back around to face the mirror, and plants little kisses until he can whisper against his ear, “Open your eyes, sweetheart.”
