Summary
Written in screenplay format, this serialized Star Trek story is set in the late 24th century and follows Lieutenant Commander Reginald Barclay—an engineer uniquely tied to transporter and holodeck technology—as he confronts the ethical dangers of identity manipulation, technological abuse, and covert weaponization.
Centered aboard the diplomatic command vessel USS Amani, the series blends character-driven storytelling with high-stakes political intrigue, exploring themes of trust, autonomy, post-war trauma, and the fragile balance between security and freedom in a recovering Federation. It is the restoration of ethical optimism after suffering.
If you enjoy dialogue-rich, “lost episode”-style Star Trek—where philosophy, diplomacy, and moral dilemmas take center stage—this is a modern, serialized take on the franchise’s golden era.
To mark the 60th anniversery of Star Trek, I will be uploading an episode a day staring September 8 2026.
