"You're sure this is going to work, Lu? I… have some concerns…" Vox muttered, looking over the scroll on the desk one more time.
"I promise, Vox, it's perfectly safe! I might not have done it in a while, but I triple checked, cross referenced, and we made sure to visit Bel to make sure you were ready for it," Lucifer reassured him with a smile from his position on the floor. Taking Vox's hand, he gave it a gentle kiss and his face practically glowed with excitement. "You're physically ready, the spell on the scroll is worded perfectly, and Alastor and I are making sure the circle is just right."
A confident hum came from the opposite side of the pentacle where Alastor was putting his own finishing touches on his half. "Indeed, even with the modifications we've made to the original version, this should go off without a hitch, darling." His ears were perked forward, revealing how excited he was despite his calm demeanor. The chalk in his claws was wielded with care. The last rune was finished with care, the chalk set aside gingerly. The soft swish swish swish of Alastor's happy tail whispered through the room.

Summary
They'd considered the traditional blue or pink for the occasion, but since they weren't exactly sure what sex Vox was carrying, the three men had decided the reveal of his status and their involvement was a big enough announcement. Hence the choice to decorate in their signature colors: blue for Vox, the primary color of the room since he was the one carrying their offspring; red for Alastor, interspersed through the decor; and gold for Lucifer, accenting each display.
"Vox… baby, why fish?" Lucifer tilted his head, lifting a bubble tube out of a box and turning it side to side.
"They're not fish, they're sharks! Baby sharks!" Vox corrected the King proudly. "It's cute, right?" His screen practically sparkled, undeterred by Alastor's eyeroll.
Lucifer chuckled and shook his head, opening the vial and blowing a few bubbles with the wand inside. "Sure, babe, whatever you want."The happy trio make their pregnancy announcement to their loved ones, followed by a visit from Belphegor, which brings its own news.

His belly had grown over the last few weeks, and there was a soft cushion of fat over most of his body. He still had muscle, thank you very much, but for the first time, he needed one of his partners to tie his boots because he couldn't. Fucking. Reach!
"You know, there's whale sharks!" Lucifer's chipper voice bubbled up from the bedroom floor. He was tying the second boot now, and gave Vox's knee a sweet kiss. "Regardless, you're carrying double the baby, so it makes sense you'd be bigger sooner! Bel said you're a great weight, you're eating well, and you're keeping active." "Oh yeah, eating reeeeaaaal well, Lu… Last night I begged Alastor for a fucking cannibal burger. Sinner meat. For his little cannibal spawn! I'm pretty sure cannibalism is on the no-go list in those pregnancy books!" Sure, he was whining. He was allowed! He was carrying two demonic babies, he couldn't tie his own boots, and he was craving the weirdest combinations of food. That warranted at least a little whining.

"FUUUUUUCK!" A loud cry echoed through the east wing of the Hazbin Hotel and carried into the lobby area. Charlie winced and continued pacing back and forth in front of the fireplace before a strong grip pulled her into Vaggi's arms. "Relax, babe, there's nothing we can do from down here. Vox, Al, your dad, Aunt Belphegor, they're all working to make sure the twins arrive safe and sound," the angel reassured her girlfriend. "Hopefully they join us soon… Poor Vox has been in labor for hours now…"
Sighing, Vox stretched his hands over his head. The medications had kicked in, taking the majority of the pain out of the contractions, but he could still feel the tension and pressure of each one, and they'd been getting stronger. Lucifer was guiding him through deep breaths between each contraction. He smiled softly, wondering if it was doing more for him, or for Lucifer's anxiety. He had even caught Alastor breathing along. Each sound, each sensation, was something to focus on while he tried not to let his nerves get the better of him.
The big day has arrived!! Time to welcome the twins to Hell!
