He falls in love with an incredibly soft silk and alpaca blend, looks at the price tag, and talks himself out of it again, before deciding on a new set of double-point needles. He has misplaced two of his again, and he’s promised Gareth socks for his birthday, so he needs to stock up. Humming to himself, he wanders back to the counter, leafing through the stack of magazines Claudia has fanned out next to the till …
… and spots his future husband.

Summary
It's a little pathetic, Eddie thinks, turning another page. He used to be normal.
Okay, that is a lie.
He used to be more normal than this.
He used to look at porn on his phone - pictures and videos of hot, naked strangers doing typical porn stuff.
Now, he's leafing through the pages of an actual book, looking at pictures of a fully clothed guy. A gorgeous, fully clothed guy named Steve who designs and models his own knitwear, and frequents the same yarn store as him and is friends with the owner, apparently. The very woman who insisted on giving Eddie not only Steve's book, but also his number. Who made him promise to come back for the craft café on Sunday so that they could meet. Which means he's lusting over a fully clothed guy in stunning knitwear who technically isn't even a stranger anymore. A guy he'll have to look in the eye and actually talk to on Sunday.
Hi, I'm Eddie. I got an inappropriate hard-on over you in that cabled sweater vest. Gorgeous yarn, by the way. Merino?
