Summary
“You like getting hurt, but you hate doctors, huh?”
“How did you know that?” he shot back quickly, voice guarded as he scooted back on the flimsy table.
“I’ve watched you play. Such a destructive style… you must enjoy it. We ruin your fun, don’t we?” he continued, sauntering across the room as he feigned ignorance to Rin’s disbelieving stare.
It was as if the doctor could read his mind, could interpret his thoughts in a way only his brother had ever attempted. It was weird, and Rin’s stomach twisted as he fought for an appropriate reply.
“Here’s my deal.” his tone lowered, only for Rin’s ears.
“If you behave yourself for me—” Rin groaned, “I’ll make it worth your while.”
How lukewarm.
“Oh yeah? And how will you do that?” Rin goaded, eyes lifting to combat the pair towering over him.
“Like this.”
OR: Rin Itoshi hates doctors. Dr Isagi makes him a deal.
