Summary
Usopp prides himself on being an observant man. As the sniper of the Straw Hat Pirates, his eyes are his greatest weapon. He notices the subtle shifts in the wind, the exact trajectory of a cannonball, and the minute changes in his crewmates’ moods. He is, in his own humble opinion, a master of situational awareness.
Which is why the current situation with Zoro and Sanji is making him question his own sanity.

Summary
"If you slice off your own ear, I am not serving you booze for a month," Sanji announces from the doorway.
Zoro pauses, the frankly terrifying hunting knife hovering an inch from his left temple. He meets Sanji’s unimpressed gaze in the bathroom mirror. "It’s getting in my eyes during training," he grunts, as if performing a self-lobotomy with a blade meant for skinning sea kings is a perfectly normal solution to long hair.
"Put the weapon down, you troglodyte," Sanji sighs, stepping into the cramped space. He nudges Zoro’s shoulder until the swordsman begrudgingly lowers the knife, then opens the cabinet to retrieve a pair of actual shears. "Sit."

Summary
Sanji steps out onto the deck. He has already abandoned his suit jacket and tie, wearing only a pair of dark trousers and a loose, white button-down shirt unfastened entirely down his chest. He holds a woven basket under one arm and a long, sharp iron spear in his other hand.
Zoro watches him over the iron plates of his weights.

Summary
Nami dips her quill into the inkwell and taps it twice against the glass. She is balancing the monthly budget, a task that requires the patience of a saint and the ruthlessness of a bounty hunter. Managing the finances of the Straw Hat Pirates is less about accounting and more about extreme disaster mitigation. She has to account for Luffy’s catastrophic meat consumption, Franky’s continuous need for weapons-grade cola, and Chopper’s extensive medical supplies.
But lately, the most glaring anomalies in her pristine ledgers have been coming from the ship’s two most volatile assets. Nami sighs, dragging her finger down a column of numbers.

Summary
Zoro is well aware that the Sunny is a large ship. There are plenty of chairs, hammocks, and empty patches of grass for a crew of their size to occupy.
Which is exactly why he doesn't understand the cook's current thought process.

Summary
Zoro is perfectly comfortable. The sun is warm, the deck of the Sunny is quiet, and he’s currently three hours deep into a very solid nap.
The only slight issue is the heavy weight pressing down on his chest, accompanied by a vibrating rumble.
Zoro cracks one eye open. Sitting squarely on top of his sternum is a stray orange tabby cat. They docked at some nameless spring island a few hours ago, and apparently, the local wildlife has decided Zoro makes an excellent heated mattress.
Zoro stares at the cat. The cat stares back, completely unbothered, and continues to purr. Zoro grunts, deciding it’s not worth the effort to move, and closes his eye again.
Ten minutes later, the galley door swings open.

Summary
Zoro is leaning against the galley doorframe, bleeding quietly onto the wood.
The raid was a chaotic, exhausting mess. The deck is currently littered with debris, resting crewmates, and the lingering smell of gunpowder. By all logic, everyone should be unconscious or getting bandaged up by Chopper.
Instead, Sanji is cooking.
Zoro watches him from the doorway, captivated.
