Summary
After the auction challenge and the elimination ceremony that followed, Sam is… off, to say the least. He nearly got a target on his back (and thus the wrath of Fiore) earlier if it hadn’t been for Spencer’s save, all because his head clearly wasn’t in the game! So, the question remains, where WAS his head? Perhaps the better question was ‘who was occupying it…?’
Fuck… Sam despises Spencer. He despises his sentimentality, his sudden shift to emotional playing, his stupid green jacket, his stupidly high analytical skills, and most of all, Sam despises just how easy and natural it had become to become obsessed with that geek. Only a little bit obsessed, of course!

Summary
Mirko had recently ranked as the sixth best pro-hero in the country. She was immensely proud of that, but even more so that it was a showcase of her great strength. Numbers were nice, rankings too, and public recognition sure was great, but she'd sooner bite through a steel bar than admit that to any reporter. Nevertheless, what mattered was what the ranking represented to her: strength. At the end of the day, it all circled back to it!
Yet, some nosy reporters would inevitably ask whether that was why she'd never shown any signs of being in a relationship. The truth was, she did have a sort of fling going on... she just felt somewhat ashamed of it.
(Mirko meets Shigaraki before realizing who he is, fights him, but somehow it spirals into the both of them playing a twisted game of stripping for intel, all in a hotel suite.)
