Summary
You were burnt out. You'd worked in critical care for too long and lived through too much to deal with this nonsense. Now some asshole feds were coming into your unit, giving you shit? Dex, in place, realizes that there's a difference between nice and kind. The North Star could guide him, but only in the dark. Day to day, he realizes that he needs something brighter. A little more... Sunny.
