  Summary

  Paris, 1927. Every morning, Fleamont Potter checks the lock on his trunk before he's dressed. His younger brother Charlus isn't allowed to touch what's inside. Back home in England, their father is dying; in the streets outside, Grindelwald is gathering followers and the Deathly Hallows mark is chalked on every wall. Fleamont has spent his life telling his little brother what to do, right up until Grindelwald's lieutenant Vinda Rosier starts courting Charlus to get to the Peverell heirloom locked in their room.
