Summary
While helping Captain Marvel fight a monster, the trinity gets magically de-aged and Cap gets stuck as Billy. Billy is sure he can get out of this with his secret identity intact.
---
"Shazam!" No lightning bolt came down. Drats, this just went from somewhat challenging to requiring reinforcements. At the very least, his identity was still probably intact—he could just act like he was also suddenly turned into a child.
"C'mon, we gotta go take cover, even if this is weird as hell," Billy said because for some reason, Batman wasn't giving orders.
"Where am I?" Wonder Woman asked in ancient Greek and Billy felt his heart drop down to Tartarus. Oh, no. They didn't have their memories.

Summary
Billy Batson never really took much care in hiding his identity beyond just never alluding that he and Captain Marvel were one in the same. After all, no one's noticed him transform. Not even when he shouted SHAZAM right in front of the Justice League.
Or I've been reading Golden Age comics and Billy just transforms in the wildest of situations and no one ever notices. People will literally have their hands on him and they won't notice. Other people need to bask in this absurdity.

Or: Fawcett operates by golden age comic logic and the rest of the Justice League does not.
