Summary
Sam finally figures out a way to get Dean out of hell. Unfortunately, the brother he gets isn't the one he remembers. Dean’s twitchy, nervous, distrustful of everything and everyone. The memories of torture overshadow everything else until all the things that made Dean Dean are gone. All Sam can think of to do is take care of him. Maybe if Dean feels safe enough, he’ll come back. Sam knows just the way to make that happen.
