Written for the Tumblr prompt "Imagine being a young woman living in a small village, in a realm at war, where Loki is fighting alongside Thor. Loki is gravely injured and taken to your village for help. You take him to your home and nurse him back to full health. A month later, your village is attacked and you are left barely alive. Loki finds you and remembers that you’re the one that saved his life. He decides to return the favor and bring you to Asgard, where he takes care of you until you’re well again, and in the process, you find yourselves falling in love."
