Summary
Because this archive is sorely in need of more Manny and Diego brotherly bonding fluff. I might possibly do another one of these from Diego’s perspective. Posted as chapters since these ficlets are longer than I anticipated them being, what a surprise. Also several of them are in the ‘verse of my CI series, fragments that bridge Lacrimosa and the first CI novel. Will also be posted at ff.net eventually as well. A "five and one" fic (with a "bonus" sixth ficlet)!
Also, the last "chapter" will probably be posted separately as its own fic since it's 8k words long, muuch longer than any other vignette here.

Summary
The last part of the my "Five and One" Manny and Diego friendship development series. This vignette is much too long for the other stories, plus it ties in more to my Cruel Intentions: Lacrimosa novel (which can be found both here and on ff.net) hence why this is being posted as more of a standalone type of fic - though it connects to Lacrimosa and CI as a whole, so it's not exactly "standalone" per se since this fic has a Chekhov's Gunman featured and foreshadowing for CI as a whole!
This fic is an 8k microcosm of a friendship that's gonna be explored quite in depth in CI (and somewhat in Lacrimosa) and the tests and challenges it faces. Thus, Mango, naturally. ;) :)
be warned tho that this fic is a bit graphic and more intense than the other vignettes in this series but I hope you enjoy it! Credit also goes to AP-Lobo on DA for making a fanart for me of this story, which I've linked inside it to credit her/give her honour for it.

Third part of my "Five Times Manny Hugged Diego" series. Will likely add a few more chapters with the trope in reverse and Diego hugging Manny five times and then one time he didn't.
A 5+1 fic revolving around the "hugs" and "being there" themes. Will be a series of unrelated vignettes showing different moments like "Five Times Manny Hugged Diego."
