Summary
When Reid wakes up one morning with severe cramps, neither he nor Morgan could have guessed their lives would take such surprising turn. They quickly learn the cramps aren't cramps at all and their world is about to be turned upside down.
With a baby around, Spencer and Derek find themselves navigating obstacles they never thought they'd be facing - at least not yet and not so unprepared. Having a baby is a big event and it takes its toll on Spencer. Good thing Derek, his mother, and their team are there to help.

Summary
Basically, a retelling of season 4's episode "Amplification" if Reid were to be infected with Anthrax after having Michaela, set approximately a year and a half after her birth. How would the knowledge that he could die, leaving behind a daughter that needed him, affect him? How does Morgan handle knowing he could lose his husband?
(Yes, "husband." It hasn't happened in MG yet but it will so that's why this is set that way.)
