It must be due to the fact that the subjects of said document aren't exactly belonging to a larger group of note to categorize one. ...We may need a notation for documents like this in the future. Regardless, the subject appears to relate to two individuals in particular who Limbus Company understands, thanks to the intel of LCB, have survived the ordeal seen within the Library, much like a certain bamboo hat-wearing vagabond before them. The individuals, Allen of the Night Awls and Hanafuda of Jeong's Office, awaken in the Backstreets of District 17 with nary a clue as to how they got there. And now, together, they have to navigate what it means to be in a City post-Library.
(It's an Allen and Hanafuda ship fic. How was this not done yet?)

He wondered, why is it that Boris would help him in this state, battered up and bruised? He’d seen him discipline his underlings, reinforcing the fact that the rules of The Thumb should be upheld and that hierarchy is absolute. Maybe it was a case of favoritism, but Allen knew that it wasn’t that simple. But again, he should feel thankful Boris decided to help him...right?
Late in the night at an ungodly hour, Allen finds himself in the middle of rain injured and out of breath. And just as he was about to pass out, a familiar face comes to lend a helping hand.
