Summary
So this is an AU where Athena acts like the goddess of wisdom that she is.
After Poseidon's rebellion, she starts to notice that some things don't add up and while she tries to investigate secretly, Zeus decides on an engagement between Ares and Athena. To her luck, Ares decides to go off on his own to get stronger, planning to beat Athena in battle before marrying her. While he's gone, Athena works tirelessly to atop all her work while also planning to track down Poseidon's reincarnation. In doing so, Athena hopes to find a sense of closure after finding out what really happened and if everything falls into her favor, she can also avoid her arranged marriage and choose her own happiness. -

Desperate to distract herself from a heartbreak that's lasted far too long for her liking, Goddess Athena finally decides to indulge in her interest regarding mortals by spending her well-earned vacation in Seoul, Korea to attend high school as a 'normal' teenager.
If only she'd known that the very break her and her two most faithful companions were so excited for would only lead her back to the source of her heartache in the first place.
(In other words: a self-indulgent rewrite of Athena Complex, season one.)

What I think happened after Atropos paid Poseidon/Adrian a little visit. As much as I’m loving seeing the flashback about Athena’s childhood, I would have liked to see flashbacks about the Trojan War or The Odyssey or even better, just keep the main story going.
