Summary
Reader gets thrown in unfamiliar but somewhat familiar world. During his first minutes in this new world, he gets saved by a young wanderer and his Chocobo. Following a series of events, reader alongside his new friend. A princess, a pirate and a amnesic old man, find himself dragged in a dimension-spanning adventure to save the crystals and prevent an ancient,sealed away evil to rise again.

After saving the world, the new Warriors of Light have found their roles within it. Those with crowns have taken to their former kingdoms, while Faris Scherwiz returns to her ship with Bartz Klauser joining her for his own reasons. All of that overturns when Castle Surgate sends a pair of messages: an heir to Xezat's throne has been found and she wishes to give Bartz a place among its knights.
