"Why papa?" Asked the girl, tugging at Seungmin's shirt. "Why get a tattoo?"
Seungmin took in a breath. "Well... they hold memories." He began, pinching the tip of his nose. "To express themselves, to remember something dear to them.... mostly to make them look cool."
Yongbok's eyes went wide at that. She blinked, mouth parting open.
Cool. Cool. Cool.
So tattoos are one easy way to make one look cool.
Or,
While spending time on the playground, Yongbok spots a man with cool drawings on his arm and asks her parents about it, leading her to find a cheat code to be cool.

Summary
"What is happening?" Jisung hissed, still holding his soda. "We were in the middle of—"
"An economic crisis!" Seungmin whisper-yelled. "This is not a game anymore. Lina is one property away from owning the entire color wheel. You and I are the only ones standing between her and global domination."
Jisung blinked. "You know she's my sister-in-law, right?"
"Exactly why we can win." Seungmin leaned in, eyes gleaming. "Let's pool resources. Make trades. Funnel everything to me—I’ll be the war front. You keep being cute and dodging chaos."
Jisung looked torn. "This feels like betrayal."
"No..." Seungmin put a hand over his heart. "This is true brotherhood."
Or,
The family decides to play the legendary game of Monopoly. The brothers make deals, Minhee's competitive side comes out, Yongbok creates new rules, Changbin flirts, and the rest are amused beyond belief.

Summary
Little Hyejin stopped right in front of her mother, and puffed her chest out. “Mama. Help you. Wanna help Mama.”
Hyunjin blinked, knife hovering over the cutting board, and then turned to look down at her daughter, who was standing there so seriously, broom upright like it was her sword.
“Help, huh?” she asked, hiding her smile.
“Yes,” Hyejin nodded with full confidence, her short hair bouncing. “Appa always help Mama. Wash dishes. Do things. Hugs Mama. Wanna do it too!”
Or,
In a family full of men, little Hyejin is influenced by the "boy culture."

Then everything snapped. And that’s when Changbin lost it.

Summary
At one point, Minhee caught Seungmin sneaking a piece of her fries and narrowed her eyes.
“That was mine.”
“You weren’t eating it,” Seungmin countered, a smirk tugging at his lips.
“And now you’re not eating it either,” she shot back, spearing the last piece before he could grab it.
Jisung just watched them, shaking his head with a grin, then turned back to Hyunjin. “We’re not like that, right? We’re, like... healthier?”
Hyunjin arched a brow, sipping her drink slowly. “No, honey. We’re just gross in a different way.”
Or,
Jisung and Hyunjin, still hopelessly smitten even after four kids and years of marriage. Seungmin and Minhee, partners in chaos, bickering their way through a forever kind of love.
A double date shows just how different, and equally beautiful their worlds are.

Summary
When Chan saw Yongbok clutching her picture with her tiny determined frown, his resolve hardened. “This,” he declared, slamming his palms dramatically on the table, “is going to be the best family tree ever. For Yongbok. Even if it kills me.”
“Drama king for drama queen,” Seungmin muttered.
“Papa?” Yongbok said, already pulling out fresh sheets of paper.
"Yeah, little witch?"
"Please stop talking."
Or,
What starts as a simple school project of 'decorate the family tree' day turns into pure, hilarious chaos, with paint everywhere, glitter wars, unsolicited commentary, and more than one dramatic sulk.
But by the end, as Yongbok gets her perfect family tree, she's more than satisfied. Her big, happy family.

Seungmin exhaled sharply, but when he spoke again, his tone was maddeningly casual. “Alright. Calm down, Shakespeare. Where did you last see it?”
“My studio!” Jisung said immediately. “Check my studio. Check the keyboard, under the soundboard, my chair, the mugs— hell, check the water bottles too just in case. Please, Min. I can’t let Hyunjin know. She’ll— she’ll never let me live it down!”
Seungmin snorted. “I’m already halfway tempted not to let you live this down.”
“This is serious!” Jisung whisper-yelled.
Or,
Jisung lost his wedding ring. To him, that small band wasn’t just jewelry, it was a promise to Hyunjin. And now, after hours of frantic searching, he walks through the door empty handed, exhausted, and feeling like he’s broken that promise.

Summary
From the floor, Jihan made car noises louder, clearly protesting the sparkle please nonsense. Yongbok ignored him. “Now, you try,” she said to Hyejin.
Hyejin hugged her bunny tight and squeaked, “Pweeease, Mama, can I have… cae… cake?”
Yongbok gasped, throwing her arms around the toddler in dramatic approval. “Perfect. You’re gonna get cake every day if you keep that up.”
Jihan snorted. “No cake. Only booccolie,” he muttered, and Yongbok glared daggers at him.
“You,” she said, pointing at him with the seriousness of a judge, “are officially banned from my princess lessons.”
Or,
Yongbok takes it upon herself to teach her two-year-old cousin Hyejin the sacred art of “princess treatment,” complete with dramatic lessons and sparkly hair clips. Chaos unfolds as the family unknowingly falls under Hyejin’s tiny but mighty reign, especially Seungmin, who is suddenly at her beck and call.

Summary
“Papa wolf finally looked around and realized his den was empty. No mommy wolf. No little baby wolf. Just him… and a mountain of food he didn’t even want anymore.”
Yongbok frowned, crossing her tiny arms with the seriousness of a tiny judge. “Mommy wolf must not forgive papa wolf. Papa wolf’s priority must be wife wolf and kid wolf. Always! Also balancing is art.”
From the doorway, Minhee bit her lip, trying not to laugh. Seungmin just froze, jaw slack, then slowly turned his head toward Minhee and muttered in utter defeat, “She’s yours. Ninety-nine percent.”
Or,
Seungmin didn’t think a simple argument would turn their whole house upside down, but then again, Minhee is stubborn, and he’s dramatic. Between silent treatments, and apologies, Seungmin realizes he may just have to grovel to win back his wife’s heart.

Summary
Chan grinned so wide his cheeks nearly closed his eyes. “You’re so kind. That’s why you’re my best friend.”
The words floated out with a laugh, easy and thoughtless. But they landed on Yongbok like heavy stones.

Best. Friend.
Her small fingers tightened around the hem of her dress. The world didn’t blur, but it tilted. The playground sounds, once so full, seemed far away.
Or,
Yongbok’s world comes crashing down at the playground when she hears Chan call someone else his best friend. Heartbroken and betrayed, she spends the evening sulking, ignoring everyone’s attempts to cheer her up.

“Hey, hey, no escapees!” Jisung called, scooping Jihan up under his arms. The boy squirmed, legs kicking midair, but not upset, more like a puppy whose nap had been interrupted.
Hyejin paused, looking up at them with wide eyes, then grinned mischievously and toddled over to grab Jihan’s foot like she was claiming him.
“Mine,” she declared.
Jisung shook his head, already melting despite himself. “Yeah, yeah, he’s yours. But for now, both of you are mine. And we’re gonna finish this book before you go start a toddler rebellion.”
Or,
With a full army of kids, the family never rests. It's full of love, care, and a few changes here and there, where love and warmth have always been constant.

Summary
It was almost painful watching them fall harder. Every time she laughed, their eyes softened; every time she made a little thoughtful hum at their stories, they seemed to melt further into their seats. And Hyunjin, ever oblivious, just kept talking to them like she’d known them for years, genuinely listening, genuinely caring.
“So, you guys must hang out with Bin a lot. You’re always welcome at our house,” Hyunjin offered, tone so warm that Changbin could practically hear his friends' hearts combust.
That was it.
Emergency measures needed to be taken.
Or,
Changbin's ride home turns into chaos when Hyunjin shows up instead of his dad. She's cool, gorgeous, and kind and by the time she drops his friends off, they're all in love with her.

Summary
Beside the couch, Seungmin had been watching with his usual half-smile. “They’re getting restless,” he murmured to Jisung.
“Which means it’s our cue,” Jisung replied, still holding the bunny.
“Cue for what?” The younger man asked, suspicious.
“To… assist the scholars by taking over twin entertainment duties.”
Hyunjin arched a brow from the chair. “You sure you can handle them both?”
“We’re professionals,” Jisung said, shooting a glance toward his brother.
Seungmin snorted. “Famous last words.”
Or,
While big brothers and big sister are studying, team Appa and Uncle Min take the duty to entertain the twins.

Summary
“Yongbok,” Seungmin said softly, “do you want to grow up?”
She sniffed. “Maybe a little. Bokkie wanna be strong like Binnie and read books like Channie. But… wanna be little too. Little so Bokkie can still hold Papa's hands all the time.”
Seungmin gathered her into his arms, lifting her with an ease that made her squeal. He plopped onto the couch with her cradled in his lap.
“Okay, listen up, little witch,” he said, brushing her hair back. “You can grow big and still be our little Bok. That never changes. You’ll always fit in my lap. Even if one day you’re taller than me, which better not happen, you can still come cry into my shirt. That’s the law.”
Or,
Growing up can be scary. Whether you're five, three, thirteen, or somewhere in between. But in a family like this, full of love, laughter, and late-night comfort talks, growing up doesn’t seem so bad after all.

“You’re amazing,” Hyunjin whispered, reaching down to brush her thumb across his soft cheek. “They already love you so much.”
Chan’s face lit up, not with pride, but with something sweeter, like the soft glow of understanding. “I love them too,” he said simply, laying his head back down.
Hyunjin’s throat caught a little. “They’re gonna be lucky, you know,” she murmured.
Chan looked up. “Why?”
“Because they’ll grow up with you looking out for them.”
Or,
