Summary

One day, the island is visited by Janet and Bonnie, who chose to take a risky job at Starr Island to save their house from the IRS. But with the Great Recession happening, will they pull it off?

"So tere's tis restaurant...dat serves typical and traditional dishes from other cultures." She fiddles nervously with her fingers, blushing hard and avoiding the singer's eyes as much as possible. "Te restaurant has good reviews...and I vould like to..." She takes a deep breath and then stutters. "I-invite you to meet tere." She shyly looks at the pink-haired woman expectantly.
If there's one thing Melodie didn't expect, it was this. She thought today would be a normal afternoon like any other.
Her heart was beating fast and her cheeks were definitely a shade of pink, but she smiled and said. "Like a date?"
The metalhead's eyes widen and she flinches a little, but manages to maintain her composure to respond. "Uh...I—Yeah, it's a date." She scratches the back of her neck and looks at the floor. "Vould you still like to come?"

Melodie hates Lumi, ever since she laid her eyes on her, at least that's what she thinks.
