Summary
VP2 spoilers Four mercenary sisters from Coriander seek out a job in Villnore, but they could use some help. A mysterious archer is unwillingly strong-armed into joining their crusade, and the goddess Freya is on his tail.
Roughly twenty-five years have passed since Lezard was defeated, and the Valkyries have been reincarnated into human beings. Rufus must make a difficult choice, complicated further by the fact that Alicia has been reincarnated as well.

A number of years ago, I found this enjoyable work and read through it so many times. I was really sold on the "former Valkyries reincarnated into humans" as described by the premise. Despite having no knowledge of their prior identities, each woman displayed many similar personality quirks and mannerisms as their "Chooser of the Slain" counterparts from the canon material.
But then the author (100-series) disappeared off the internet and deleted all her accounts, her works disappearing to the darkness of the archives. I recently went hunting for it and managed to retrieve a copy. I create this bookmark both as a way of revisiting one of my favorite stories, but also to pay a respectful tribute to an author who inspired me so much in my youth.

Summary
In another space of time, Alicia stood before a chapel, adorned in a wedding dress she couldn't recall knowing. Here, in this time, she struggled to be more than just Silmeria's host and Princess of Dipan. In another space of time, a half-elf loved her enough to want to take her as his wife. Here, in this time, it felt as though he could hardly stand the sight of her. Even if there's no one left to listen as she recounts the strange dream, the sway of the weeping lilies seem to indicate understanding.
*8/31/20 Update: The Valkyrie Anatomia Western servers have closed for good :( This event and the franchise will always be close to my heart.
*11/19/19 Update: The English version of Rufus and Alicia's wedding on Valkyrie Anatomia has finally been localized :D HUZZAH!!!
